Our restaurants, bars and shops will have themed giveaways, photo ops, psychic readings, specials & more! Costume contest at 8:30 p.m. at Vintage Wine Bar. Prizes for Best Overall Witch, Witchiest Hat, Scariest Witch, Best Witch Face - Makeup, and People’s Choice.
