Celebrate Abraham Lincoln’s legacy and America’s 250th birthday at the Lincoln’s Birthday Celebration at the historic Vandalia Statehouse in Vandalia, Illinois. On Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., guests can enjoy a special program featuring renowned Lincoln interpreter Fritz Klein, complete with photo and autograph opportunities. The afternoon also includes birthday cake and cookies, live music by the VCHS Band, and a festive, family-friendly atmosphere honoring both Lincoln and the nation’s semiquincentennial at 315 W. Gallatin Street.
