Join neighbors, community leaders, and history lovers at the Vandalia America 250 Planning Meeting, a public forum dedicated to shaping how Vandalia will celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday in 2026. Attendees are invited to share ideas on weaving the semiquincentennial into local festivals, Fourth of July activities, museum programming, and other community events throughout the year. It’s a collaborative chance to highlight Vandalia’s rich past, brainstorm new traditions, and ensure the town’s patriotic spirit shines bright during this milestone year.
