KayMar Kottage is your home away from home. The residence, which was built in 1915, has exposed brick and original finishes that can be can be enjoyed throughout. The interior has been updated with modern amenities while keeping its original charm. KayMar Kottage sleeps up to 10 and is a 5-minute walk from the local grocery store as well as downtown Mascoutah shops and restaurants. The Shiloh Gate for Scott AFB is a quick 8-minute drive as well. We are a recently retired military couple and opened KayMar with military families in mind. We understand how hard it can be to feel settled between assignments and that it is comforting to have a “homey” transition space. We also love hosting all kinds of visitors to the area or even locals looking for a few quiet nights away.
