MADISON, Ill. (Sept. 13, 2026) – World Wide Technology Raceway officials announced Sunday morning that today’s Enjoy Illinois 300 NASCAR Cup Series race is sold out, marking the event’s fifth consecutive sellout since its 2022 debut
The Enjoy Illinois 300, the second race of the 10-race Chase playoff format, represents the 12th Cup Series sellout of the season and first announced sellout of the Chase. The 240-lap, 300-mile race on the 1.25-mile oval will be broadcast live on USA Network, Motor Racing Network (MRN) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio beginning at 2 p.m. CT.
“The response from our fans and the community has been nothing short of extraordinary,” World Wide Technology Raceway Owner and CEO Curtis Francois said. “Selling out all reserved grandstand seating for the Enjoy Illinois 300 for the fifth consecutive year is a tremendous accomplishment for everyone involved. The foundation we’ve built is a testament to the passion of NASCAR fans throughout the Metro East and St. Louis region (and beyond) as well as the incredible support from our partners, volunteers, and local leaders.
“I’m humbled by the continued success of this event, which reinforces what we have believed from the beginning: the future of NASCAR in the St. Louis market is bright, and we remain committed to building on that momentum for years to come.”
The race-day experience also features the return of the popular Confluence Music Festival. Ten-time ACM Award-winning country group Old Dominion will headline the at-track, weekend-long festival with a post-race concert at 7:30 p.m.
NASCAR will return to World Wide Technology Raceway in 2027 with an Aug. 21-22 doubleheader featuring the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series on Saturday and Cup Series on Sunday. For the latest Enjoy Illinois 300 NASCAR race weekend news and 2027 ticket information, visit www.wwtraceway.com.
