The TOCO Shop is the best little nonprofit resale shop in Belleville...maybe the WORLD! TOCO operates a resale shop and textile pantry which has served thousands of families over the past seven years out of our headquarters at 825 West Main Street in Belleville, Illinois. Through referrals from community members, schools, churches, and social service agencies, TOCO Shop and Textile Pantry provide subsidized and free clothing, shoes, and housewares to children and families.
