Over 100 local businesses join in for a community-wide treasure hunt beginning November 14
(HILLSBORO, IL – Nov. 14) – The Sweet Spot candy shop is bringing back its much-anticipated Golden Ticket Chocolate Bar Promotion for the third consecutive year — and this time, it’s bigger and sweeter than ever!
Beginning Friday, November 14, chocolate lovers across central Illinois can join the hunt for one of 150 Golden Tickets hidden inside limited-edition chocolate bars. The promotion features eight unique chocolate bar fl avors, over $15,000 worth of prizes, and the participation of more than 100 local businesses from Highland and Hillsboro, IL where the Sweet Spot’s two retail stores are located.

Golden Ticket prizes include year-long treats like free candy, coff ee, cookies, candles, chocolate, and even movies for a year — plus once-in-a-lifetime experiences like designing and launching your own custom candy at The Sweet Spot or enjoying local staycations at popular regional getaways. Other standout rewards include a $250 contribution to a 529 College Savings Account, and to top it all off , one lucky winner at each location will receive a $1,000 cash grand prize.

Each specially wrapped chocolate bar retails for $3.99 and will be available at The Sweet Spot and at select participating local businesses.
