In Marion County, Salem is the place to be during the summer months thanks to the Salem Family Aquatic Center. From water slides to a giant bucket that dumps out water – this place is heaven for the kiddos. Centralia is another great stop, as it is home to the Centralia Carillon – one of the 10 largest bell towers in the world. While you’re there, look up Castle Ridge, where you can dine alfresco on top of the building – which is in fact a castle!
