If your child is 12 years old or younger, make plans to join the City of Belleville Downtown Trick or Treat on Friday, October 25th from 5:30pm-7:30pm.  Enjoy treats from the City of Belleville and other local businesses, schools and churches.  Have fun and enjoy the Downtown area as a family!
