Popeye stands tall in the Elzie C. Segar Memorial Park by the Visitors Center in Chester. Search through town for his friends on murals and statues: Wimpy, Olive Oyl, Sweet Pea, Jeep, Bluto and more. Character statues are unveiled each year at the Popeye Picnic in September.
